- Your child should not attend class if he/she or if any family member displays coronavirus symptoms.
- Each pupil is required to bring hand sanitiser to ballet. This should be applied before and after class.
- Only ONE adult is permitted to accompany his/her child into the church hall reception area prior to class.
- Anyone aged 12 and above must wear a face mask when in a communal area within the church building.
- Pupils of any age are welcome to wear a face mask during the lesson.
- Parents / guardians are NOT permitted to wait inside the church hall building during class time.
- Pupils will bring their belongings into the ballet hall each week. Nothing should be left in the reception area.
- Teaching staff will maintain social distance from pupils throughout the lesson.
- Children will move around the room independently. Pupils will not hold hands or do any partnering work. Floor mats will be used extensively for the younger dancer in order to maintain social distance.
- The toilet in the reception area MUST NOT be used. If necessary, pupils will use the toilet which is accessed from within the dance hall. If used during lesson time, it will be sanitised before the start of the next lesson.
- Older students ( Grade 4 and upwards) have the option of using the upstairs changing room. This is a generous sized room that will allow for social distance.
- Parent viewing days will not take place until further notice.
- Ballet barres will be sanitised after each use.
- From September 2020 Fiona L Campbell Ballet will operate an entirely cashless payment system.
- Parents / guardians MUST collect their child from the door at the rear of the church situated on Gibson Park Gardens.
