I attended my first Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) course in Belfast today. The course was led by the highly accomplished Australian teacher Marie Walton-Mahon who created and developed this highly effective technique. It was an inspirational day and I look forward to applying what I have learnt with some of the students at Fiona L Campbell Ballet.
